Delete your The Helpers App account

You can permanently delete your account from the app by signing in, opening your account/profile menu, selecting Delete account, and confirming the request.

If you cannot access the app, contact customersupport@thehelpersapp.com and request account deletion using the email address associated with your account. We may verify ownership before processing the request.

Account profile information and authentication credentials will be deleted. Certain transaction, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, then deleted or anonymized according to our retention policy.
